Australia Travel & Accommodation

Begin your Australia adventure in Sydney, New South Wales. The Rocks, a colonial-era district, is the most popular destination in the city. The harbor is home to the iconic Sydney Opera House. The Northern Territory has red deserts, imposing gorges and a diverse population of wildlife. Walk through outdoor galleries of Aboriginal rock art and experience the world’s oldest culture. Queensland’s Gold Coast has some of the most popular surfing in the world. Thousands of tourists search for the perfect wave or dive and swim at the popular beaches. Onshore adventurers fill their days at theme parks or off-road racing. Brisbane is the capital of Queensland.

South Australia is home to many of the country’s most evocative images and wildlife. It has volcanic craters, imposing outback and a stunning coastline. See the koalas and sea lions at Kangaroo Island and the birds of Coorong’s lagoons. The peninsulas are perfect for whale-watching, picnicking or enjoying the harvest of this prolific wine country. In Tasmania, outdoor enthusiasts can raft, climb, kayak, sail, or catch monster swells at Cloudy Bay and South Cape Bay. Tour Georgian villages in Richmond, and Claredon, take a train trip along the Don River, or bushwalk in Cradle Mountain National Park.

Victoria combines majestic landscape and a breathtaking natural environment. Balloon flights provide panoramic views of forests, farms and vineyards. Take an equestrian, hiking or bicycle trail and explore the region’s wetlands, mountain ranges and forest. When the snow arrives, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities at alpine resorts. In Western Australia, experience the world’s last true wilderness. The Purnululu National Park is the ultimate destination for outback camping and hiking. Aerial tours are an exciting way to see the area’s sandstone structures, gorges and pools. From Perth to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia offers an unforgettable mix of scenery, history and culture.

Accommodation Reviews:

Aruba Surf Resort:
Great Place! - Quite and relaxing. Spacious, comfortable and functional rooms with everything there to use. Great pool setting with BBQ facilities. Great location being so near to the centre of Broadbeach mall without being too close.

Mardi Gras Holiday Resort:
Cheap and close to everything! - The accommodation was about 3km to Surfers Paradise and we saved over $400 minimum for staying in Broadbeach. A 3 minute walk to cafes. Lovely staff, very happy to help with arranging tours and even a babysitter. Nice clean rooms with a split system airconditioner to keep the apartment at your desired temperature. Free undercover parking and great security. Nice clean heated pool and spa with lazyboy chairs to soak up the sun. Also a great BBQ area with tables and chairs to entertain.

Shearwater Resort:
Relaxing - Our time away was relaxing. Resort was neat and tidy
