Watermark Resort: Great Accomodation - It matched the information on the website about the apartment, which is always a good thing, as often you don't know what you will get when booking on-line! Great location and outlook from the balcony. Close enough to all amentities to be able to walk. Comfortable beds! Good open plan living area with lots of room.
Great value for money as well. We weren't aware that if we arrived after a certain time no-one would be in attendance (we arrived about 7pm). I had to call a mobile to get the keys from the safe, and then find our own way to the room. Not a big drama, but it would have been good to know. Could not find the Information booklet in the room, and when we asked we were told they knew a couple of rooms didn't have one. But we did not actually get one delivered either. (We found the booklet underneath the DVD on our last day - it was out of sight) It would have been good if it had been placed in full view for our arrival. It is difficult to comment about service because the reality is unless we made the effort to go to reception when it was was open,I did not see anyone service staff.

Sandpiper Apartments: Wonderful units - Our stay is always so relaxed, it is right next door to shopping, restaurants and hotels.The managers never interfered and are always there if needed, they are happy welcoming people! We have stayed there twice now and certainly intend to continue doing so. It is so convenient to everything on the Gold Coast.
