South Brisbane Accommodation Reviews
On the River Luxury Apartments:
friendly welcoming sevice - i liked the way we were treated with respect and every need fulfilled. i also love the private jetty great view and great spot for fishing, relaxing, nightlife and shopping.
Sea Temple Resort and Spa:
Unforgettable! - Our stay at The Sea Temple was the most magical experience. We had our wedding ceremony on the beachfront and then our reception in the Terrace Restaurant. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding co-coordinator! Giannina Huth was just wonderful and made everything run smoothly on our special day. To be honest on the day everything was just done, I didn’t even have to ask (and I am a perfectionist to say the least)! We had 43 of our guests staying in house with us at the Sea Temple which made it a most enjoyable time.
Swell Resort Burleigh Beach:
Swell Resort & Swell Apartment - One of the biggest concerns for us when going on a holiday is that our accomodation is clean, tidy, spacious and child friendly. We found the resort to be all of the above and more. Very impressed! Thanks, we'll be back.
The Meriton:
Great clean Apartment with superb views, friendly service and excellent location - The Apartment was very clean and spacious. We had superb views from inside the apartment as well as enjoying them from the spacious deck. The Managers/Owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for Restaurants, shopping and the beach. We could just go outside to fantastic restaurants and walk across the bridge to Australia Fair and Southport.
The Crossley Hotel:
Excellent Hotel, Perfectly Positioned - The Crossley is perfectly positioned for guests to easily access the major theatres. Everything seemed to be within walking distance including parks, quality restaurants, nightlife bars, coffee cafes. Trams to St Kilda were half a block away in Bourke st. Lygon St in Carlton is easily walkable. The hotel is non smoking, a quality restaurant and breakfast facility are attached and being positioned on the corner of two "laneways" is as quiet as one could expect in a large city. There is a guest library and reading corridor on the top level under a skylite roof which is a really nice touch. Luggage was held for us before check-in (we were early) and after check-out for our convenience. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I loved our room and would stay there again without hesitation.
