Aegean Apartments: stunning view, great location - We absolutely loved the view, the size of the apartment was fantastic when you are having a long stay, so close to everything, really great location.
The Reef Retreat: Wonderful Stay - We found the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful with booking tours and trips, we found their advice spot on, and thoroughly enjoyed those they recommended.
Being disabled I found the facility a disabled friendly environment, with exception to a couple of steps up to the Spa, this also accessed the BBQ area, but they had prewarned me of this, so it was not unexpected.
Our stay with this facility was relaxing the rooms clean and comfortable, very close to the shops and restaurants. We found it handy that beer and wine could be purchased from the office.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay with there again.
Trilogy Surfers Paradise: Would like to have been higher - The people I stayed with oh sorry not the right answer - the apartment was centrally located and the internal layout was good for myself and my guests. I would have liked the option of a third double bed but for the rest it was good.
The Nautilus Noosa: Excellent family resort - It was wonderful to stay in a lovely apartment in a resort with a pool, tennis court and easy access to Hastings St and other central Noosa spots, including Noosa National Park. The Pagsta bikes for hire were a nice extra.
Shantara Resort Port Douglas: Great Place, Convenience Plus - New complex with well appointed rooms all overlooking a tropical pool setting. A short stroll to Macrossan Street
makes the whole package complete. A little too much 'room to room' noise but usually only evident in the quiet of night from flushing toilet or people walking around and this is presumably from the room/s above.
