Bloc Party are playing an exclusive show at The Zoo in Brisbane on the back of their appearance on the Splendour in the Grass.
This is a warm up before they hit the Splendour in the Grass festival the next day. This will be the bands only side show for the Byron Bay festival, so if you're missing out on seeing them performing live at Splendour, then be sure to grab your ticket early.
Bloc Party are a British Indie Rock band and consists of four members, Kele Okereke, Russel Lissack, Gordon Moakes and Matt Tong. This band have released some critically acclaimed albums including Silent Alarm which was name Indie Rock Album of the Year in 2006.
Bloc Party will be supported by Brisbane locals the Last Dinosaurs, who are also performing at Splendour in the Grass. You might have heard the Last Dinosaurs on Triple J or hummed along to their summer anthem, 'Honolulu' which has been their breakthrough track.
