Swan Street, renowned for its clock tower, is full of cafes and restaurants. Located on Swan Street, The Corner Hotel is one of Melbourne's most recognised rock venues. Hosting some 'unannounced' big name gigs, these walls have seen the likes of Mick Jagger, Pink Floyd guitarist Dave Gilmour and Crowded House all perform. 

To discover some new taste sensations, pop down to Victoria Street. The area between Hoddle and Church Streets is the heart of the Vietnamese community, known as 'Little Saigon'. Expect fast, fresh, bargain Asian food of amazing quality.

Cycle or walk along the pathways that snake beside the Yarra River - they are particularly beautiful at sunset. The pathways are a great opportunity to explore the city.
