The Paddle for Prostate Charity Regatta & Dragon Boat Challenge

The Cancer Council Queensland is hosting an action packed special event at the fabulous Marina Village, Sanctuary Cove on the 10th July 2011 from 10:30am.

The Paddle for Prostate Charity Regatta & Dragon Boat Challenge is a charity event to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research.

This exciting fun filled day is a family event with Breeze FM on hand for entertainment, a raffle ticket competition with a fantastic prize on offer; accommodation at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove AND breakfast for two!!

The day's event consists of twelve teams from QLD Dragon Boat Federation participating in a long distance paddle from Foreshore Park, Paradise Point to Sanctuary Cove, after a free sausage sizzle each team will go on to compete in an adrenaline pumping sprint race for the DASH FOR CASH.

This exhilarating day is about supporting a worthwhile charity which effects over 3000 men each in Australia.
