Adelaide Metro operates several trains from Adelaide Station, which is only 4 minutes from the CBD on Festival Drive off Station Road. Travel from the city centre through to Belair, Gawler, Grange, Noarlunga, Outer Harbor, and Tonsley.

Join the fun and get around Adelaide’s City Centre onboard the tram. Ride free of charge between the North and South Terrace stops. This tram runs right through to the beachside suburb of Glenelg. Please note it is necessary to purchase a ticket to ride anywhere past South Terrace.

The interstate rail terminal is located at Keswick, only a few kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. There are several rail journeys which connect South Australia to other states on a regular basis.
Connect between Adelaide and Darwin via Alice Springs on the Ghan, travel to Sydney or Perth on The Indian Pacific, or discover Melbourne on the Overland. The Southern Spirit takes visitors to Brisbane and Uluru via Adelaide.
