Using the vast network of Queensland Rail trains, Airtrain is the easy, hassle-free transfer service to and from Brisbane Airport.
Trains run to the city every 15 minutes, stopping at Eagle Junction Station for northbound suburban connections. For quick acesss to the CBD, trains stop at the city stations of Bowen Hills, Brunswick Street (Fortitude Valley), Central (closest to the main shopping area) and Roma Street.
Roma Street Station is located within the Brisbane Transit Centre, where connections can be made with long distance trains and coaches.
You can also travel to South Brisbane and South Bank Stations without changing trains, by taking the Gold Coast/Robina train, which leaves the airport approximately every half hour.
Airtrain makes it possible to reach any suburban train station on the Queensland Rail network from Brisbane airport.
Airtrain stations are adjacent to both the domestic and international airport terminals, and are even closer to the terminal than the carparks are! Covered walkways link the terminals to the stations with easy access via lifts and escalators. Airport trolleys can be taken the short distance across the covered walkways to the station entrances.
