Head to the Butler Street Reserve and experience the fabulous Byron Bay Markets, held on the first and fifth Sunday of each month.

From buskers and live bands to the fantastic array of healthy foods on offer, the markets have something for everyone. The 300-plus stalls offer fantastic arts and crafts, specialising in locally made clothes, woodwork, leatherwork and gourmet foods.

The drumming circle, a highlight of the market, seems to go constantly from morning 'til night.

The market starts early - from around 7am - and goes until late afternoon, but to avoid disappointment, make sure you get there early.
