Internationally renowned cookery writer Nadine Abensur offers private and group cookery classes at her home in Mullumbimby (20 minutes from Byron Bay). Nadine specialises in modern Middle Eastern and Australian, simple Asian, French provincial and Italian cuisine in small, informal classes.
