Peninsula Hot Springs is an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The first natural hot springs and day spa centre in Victoria, Peninsula Hot Springs is set on 17 hectares of rolling sandy dunes in the Mornington Peninsula, just an hour and a half from the centre of Melbourne.
The hot spring waters flow into a bore from an aquifier 637 metres below the surface. The water is pumped into the pools from this bore, after rising under its own pressure.
There are 5 thermal pools, a sauns and plunge pool onsite, incorporating an indoor pool, waterfall, grotto and barrel bath. Temperatures of the water range from 36 to 43 degrees celsius (96 to 109 degrees Farenheit), soothing the body not only with heat, but also the sound of running water and aromas.
Peninsular Hot Springs also offer a range of services including massage, body wraps and private baths.
