Fifteen Melbourne
Collins Street, City
Jamie Oliver and the Fifteen crew - Courtesy of Fifteen Melbourne

'The Naked Chef', Jamie Oliver, gives young disadvantaged people the opportunity of a lifetime, a start in the restaurant business. To showcase their achievements, Jamie opened the first restaurant called Fifteen in London in November 2002. Since then, the program has grown with restaurants opening in Amsterdam and Cornwall.

The fourth member of the Fifteen 'family', the Melbourne restaurant echoes the commitment to teaching disadvantaged children that the first restaurant made famous.

When Fifteen was opened in September 2006, it not only began a journey for food lovers, but also for the young people that were to staff it.

The amazing menu here has a distinct Italian feel, thanks to the background provided by head chef Tobie Puttock. Fresh pastas, hearty rustic meats and seasonal produce are the basis for many meals and these are complemented perfectly by a range of beverages.
