Learn about Asian ingredients and brush up on your knife skills at a Spirit House Cooking Class. Make your own spicy pastes with a mortar and pestle and learn tricks and tips used by professionals.

These entertaining classes will have you creating your own Asian dinner party, Thai curries, fusion cooking and Middle Eastern spice feasts. Make new friends and learn new skills used to prepare hot wok dishes, char grills and 'one dish wonders'.

Blue Angel is a lovely waterfront restaurant offering a number of cooking classes throughout the year. The chef uses local products and each class has a different theme. Past classes have included 'how to cook local spanner crabs', 'seafood entrees', 'how to fillet a whole salmon', 'cocktail food', 'Asian with a twist', and 'Parisian bistro favourites'.

Spaces are limited so reservations are essential.
