The Australian Nougat Company is famous for its French-style Nougat, studded with crunchy macadamia nuts. Evolving from a macadamia nut farm, the Australian Nougat Company makes delectable nougat from fresh local ingredients, including bush honey and Queensland sugar.
Seven delicious flavours are available, including classics such as Pistachio and Almond. Luscious flavours influenced by local produce include Tropical Fruit, Chocolate, Rich Coffee, Ginger and Banana.
Visiting the factory, you will be able to view nougat production, taste each of the unique flavours, and purchase gift lines at reduced prices.

Using premium Guernsey milk with its rich taste and creamy golden appearance, Maleny Dairies gently process superior products such as a range of full cream and low fat milks, flavoured milks, yoghurts and creams. Visiting the dairy, you can follow the progress of the milk from raw product, through pasteurisation and processing to bottling.

Native to Australia and now gaining popularity internationally, the macadamia nut has a smooth buttery flavour with a satisfying crunch. Known to the Indigenous people as 'Kindal Kindal', for thousands of years these edible seeds have been prized as part of their seasonal feasts.
At Nutworks, macadamia nuts are processed from most growing areas in Queensland before the finished product is exported all over the world. Visitors are invited to visit the information centre, view the processing of the nuts and sample the finished product.
The Hard Nut Cafe serves delicious meals featuring macadamia nuts. A large selection of gifts including gourmet sauces, confectionery, beauty products, and rich macadamia coffee are available for purchase from the gift shop.

At the foot of beautiful Cooroy Mountain lies a natural spring that has flowed for more than 70 years. Falling rain is captured by the mangerite rock of the mountain and then very slowly filtered through the rock, removing impurities. The resulting purified water gathers in a natural aquifer at the base of the mountain, to be gravity fed to the contaminant-free bottling plant.
Visit the source of this natural spring water, wander the farm and explore the local rainforest. Walk the Cooroy Mountain climbing and bushwalking trail, a 2 hour tour showcasing the unique features of the mountain.
