Mt Uncle Distillery prides itself on producing 100% natural, pure and preservative-free liqueurs that capture the true essence and life of the fruit. Using a natural, tried and proven method of traditional distilling, the distillery makes a point to be environmentally friendly.

Come and visit a unique cellar door! Winemakers Bob and Elaine de Brueys have a variety of exciting wines, ports and cream liqueurs, made from their own home grown tropical fruits, to delight your taste buds.

Enjoy free tropical fruit wine tastings and try the dinner wines - passionfruit, mango, bush cherry, jaboticaba and lychee. Sample the Blanc Forte (white mango port), Rouge Forte (mulberry port) and Swagman Port. Finish your tasting with the heavenly Temptation cream liqueurs – Coffee Temptation, Strawberry Temptation and Tropical Temptation.
