Airlie Beach has a reputation for partying hard. Foam parties, cane toad racing, wet t-shirt competitions and other such tasteful events are pretty common.

If you are looking for nightclubs, Morocco's at the top of town offers backpacker meals and nightly entertainment. Upstairs from Shenanigans is the Juice Bar, a club type nightspot. Most people move from the downstairs bars when they close to the Juice Bar or Mama Africa's. Magnums is a large complex. With an outdoor meals-bar-entertainment area, upstairs pool hall and attached Mass Night club. It is a very popular venue.

It is simply amazing to see so much life at night, when people have been snorkeling the reef, sailing or skydiving during the day. It truly demonstrates that people don’t want to miss a single thing of their holiday in the Whitsundays, which can only be a positive sign!
