19th Avenue is located at Palm Beach, away from the hustle of Surfers Paradise but close enough to enjoy all of the recreational/shopping opportunities. Our 14th Floor apartment was magnificent. It was newly renovated with huge living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies.

The view are awesome and facilities are great and what seemed to be the full time residents were nice and easy to talk with about the area and the stay itself.

The moment you open the door you will be swept away with the penthouse suite. Views that melt stresses away. Excellent presentation.Spacious, modern living.

Spacious,well appointed apartment with very good building facilities right on the ocean. Grounds and pools are very well maintained and reception hours are excellent, especially on weekends and manager available after hours if required. The indoor heated pool, spa and steam room were great on the colder days. Tennis and Squash Courts and a modern fully equiped gymnasium available for those so inclined.

I loved being on the beach and also have a good size lap pool
