The apartment was comfortable and provided all the conveniences of home. Staff were friendly & helpful.

We enjoyed the location on the ground floor, on the shaded side, close to one of the pools. The unit itself was bright but restful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room service and cleaning were good and reliable.

All the things to do and see the size of room and the size of the bed the pools having the restaurant right there was great.

The staff were very friendly and only too haapy to help from the moment we arrived. The room was was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was in a good location close to the City with easy off street parking. Local knowledge of staff was good and the tour buses picked us up at the front door. As a base for exploring the wider region it was fantastic. It met all our expectations.

The accommodation was central and easy to find, great value for money and within walking distance to the business center and beach play areas of Cairns. Being a more budget priced hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with the full range of facilities.

Only there for two days but had no problems when we were there. The desk staff were helpful when booking trips. The rooms were very clean.

Very central to everything in Cairns. Easy access to airport and roads out of town to Atherton and Port Douglas etc. Nice to have clean towels when required. Also plenty of tea and coffee provided daily.

The room was great and situated on the ground floor we didn't have to climb stairs with luggage. The room accommodated all our needs in a self contained unit.
