Office staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the indoor spa. Location was great for access to the beach and main shopping area. The views were magnificent over the beach and river. The unit was spacious with comfy beds. Grounds were well maintained and access was good with secure parking. Good to have an internal laundry.

Loved the ocean views. Very quiet & location was excellent. Friendly & respectful owners made our stay at Capricorn One enjoyable. Safe & secure access to apartment & carpark. Loved the spa also. Would definitely stay at Capricorn One again!

It was a wonderful holiday experience to live in Capricorn One Apartment. It has great ocean views and close enough to the CBD. All my family are very happy with this trip to Gold Coast and live in Capricorn One.

Great views, close to beach and shopping centres. Steve and Brenda very friendly and helpful. Ideal family apartments. An extremely big plus from our point of view was the fact that there was only two units per floor.

The apartment was easy to find, clean and comfortable with excellent views. Really enjoyed staying at Capricorn One.

Had a wonderful three nights, the apartment was well located, generous in size, clean and comfortable and the views were truly spectacular. Could have happily stayed in the apartment the whole holiday and not ventured out except the lovely managers had such an extensive list of recommended activities (including wet weather) that we did go out and had a fabulous time. Overall outstanding.

This is a really nice apartment building. Only two apartments on each floor so you get a 180 degree view. Its at the end of Surfers Paradise and almost at Main Beach, so is a bit quieter in this area which we liked.

Great ocean view & city views (from 22nd floor)! Great location! Great value!
