I loved the location. We could walk to everything, the beach, both the Broadbeach shops & Pacific Fair, the bus stops, which meant we didn't have to hire a car. The playgrounds across the road were great too. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge, modern & clean. Made it a very relaxing holiday for our family of 6.

We were impressed with the size of the room, the view was fantastic and even better at night. We could see the city lights of the Gold Coast in every direction.

The location was spot on. Walking distance to where ever we wanted to go.

We had a family holiday in a 3 bedroom apartment. Carmel by the Sea is so centrally located to shops, beach, restaurants. The office staff were always helpful and courteous.

Two years ago we were delighted with the two two-bedroom units, particularly the size of the units, their furniture and the stunning views. This time our group had a two-bedroom and a three -bedroom unit,both very satisfactory. The outside pool and tennis court add to the appeal of the resort and our group enjoyed both. We enjoyed our time there so much that we do not hesitate to recommend Carmel By The Sea to our family and other friends. Our first visit was the result of another friend's recommendation! We'll be back again....

The view from the balcony was very nice. Also the walking distance to resturants and beach. WE had an apartment on the 9th floor very roomy and comfortable and had everything you need.The balcony was big and had view of the beach as well as coolangata.

The apartments were very spacious, confortable and very clean, it was like living at home

Although our stay was short we enjoyed to ocean views, the well appointed apartment with no musty smell, the proximity to everything needed for a holiday, and a convenient trip to Brisbane Airport. We would certainly stay with you again, if we come up that way.

Nice hotel, Great service at the front desk, Great location. One of the windows in a bedroom would not shut properly and the wind whistled thru this. There was some basic maintenance that could have been done, Blinds broken. Sliding door was difficult. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

I LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS SO CLOSE TO ALL THE FACILITIES. GOOD SERCURITY HAD BALCONYS SO YOU COULD SIT OUTSIDE. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THE NEW ROOMS LOOK GREAT AND ALSO PLENTY OF SPACE THAT WOULD BE WHAT STOOD OUT FROM OTHER APARTMENTS WE HAVE STAYED AT. 5 STAR HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO FEW PEOPLE.
