Very friendly staff, our unit was clean and comfortable with a very big kitchen. The unit is very close to the sea with walkways to die for. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was clean and airy and had everything we needed for our five night stay. We had lovely views over the Spit and there was no noise from any of the other occupants. The pool and spa were well maintained. There were a small selection of places to eat within a few minutes walk and a bus stop just around the corner which made getting around easy.

Very comfortable, lots of room, well equipped apartment. Also secure car parking and room security. Friendly management and helpful.

Champelli Palms was lovely to stay at for a holiday. Everything was clean, everything worked and the grounds of the place were so beautiful. The kids had a great time and the managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Champelli Palms is well positioned for the places we like to go when visiting the Gold Coast. An easy drive to great shopping centres, theme parks and beaches, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle to be a peaceful retreat. The swimming pool is absolutely pristine, and we enjoyed cooling off after hectic days of shopping! The room was clean and spacious.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very pleasant. We really enjoyed the Spa after the marathon. Location was terrific for our needs.

The Managers were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When I asked for cooking equipment that was supposed to be in the apartment, the manager went out and bought new ones for us. The pool was spotless, the apartment was the same and the beds were oh so comfortable!

The Hotel was noticably extremely neat and clean. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The convenience of the location was also a bonus as it was only walking distance to the shops and the Broadwater.

I liked the easiness of the check-in and the lovely couple who run Champelli Palms. They are very welcoming and relaxed. I liked the location and overall feel of the place.

The apartments were very clean. And just the right size for my husband and 2 kids. It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. It was close to the main road so catching a bus to all theme parks and shopping centres was easy. But still very peaceful and quite. It was also far enough away from the noisy Surfers paradise but also just a 30 minute one bus, ride away. The owners and caretakers are amazing, very helpful and kind. Could not fault anything.
