The owners go out of their way to look after you. They provide a range of free services that other places charge for.

It was very relaxing. The unit was comfortable and provided all we needed. David gave us great customer service. We booked the BBQ area for friends and it was great. The table settings were done for us and all we had to do was cook and entertain. David even cleaned up after us. Just that little extra touch of customer service that made our stay very enjoyable. We'll be back.

The service of the man looking after it was 300%. He went out of his way for everything. We had a great time and would go back again and again. He set the pool area up for us to have a lovely day.

The apartment was clean and a good size for a family. Great balcony, nice pool and BBQ area. Management did utmost to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved our brief stay at Fairseas. As we were going to a local wedding we did not spend much time in the unit yet we felt right at home. Everything that we needed was there, from towels, linen, dish washing liquid to shampoo and conditioner. We were very impressed. Thank you

Stayed there with my family of 6, we had a great time and the accommodation was clean and very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was awesome. Would definately stay there again.

As a young family, Fairseas was a great place for us to stay. Staff were more than welcoming offering DVD's, boogie boards, fishing rods & so much more to the kids. Setting the BBQ area up to look like a restaurant & also cleaning up afterwards was fantastic. With just a short walk to great little places for lunch & dinner, made it so much more easier, especially with young children. Best thing about Fairseas was that it did not break our budget! It had everything we needed right there.

My holiday group consisted of my husband, five year old daughter, my mother and my sister. We stayed at Fairseas with the intention of visiting Australia Zoo for my daughters birthday. We soon realised this was a perfect choice in every aspect. The 3 bedroom apartment we were assigned was literally bigger than my own home. We had a bedroom each, my husband and i had an en-suite. The place was modern and contained many comforts including a flat screen TV. It was more importantly very clean. The managers were very polite and helpful and even went to the trouble of calling us on our day of arrival to be sure we had the right directions. Fairseas was only 10 mins drive from the zoo, 5 mins drive from Caloundra CBD and a major shopping centre and directly across the road from a beautiful beach and well equipped childrens park. Fantastic!

Very comfortable rooms, plenty of plates and cutlery. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Handy to beach, walkways and amenities. Secure undercover parking. A most enjoyable stay.

I think I liked everything about the place we stayed from the fully equipped kitchen, which was important to us because we have a baby so the microwave was one of the reasons I chose Fairseas Apartments. I also liked the fact that we had a washing machine and dryer. The place was clean and airy with windows you could open and allow the fresh sea air to blow through. Overall it was perfect for us.
