The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed. It was great that we could borrow beach towels so we didn't have to fill up our luggage with them. The service we were offered by everyone, but especially Lauren was so helpful. She was great with maps and bus routes and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great location we walked up to the shops and to the beach only used the car to go to theme parks etc. but could have got the bus. was so convenient to every thing. Great managers very friendly and helpful couldn't have been nicer will be back again and again will also recommend to family and friends.

Apartments were spacious, clean and well laid out. Great friendly service staff always willing to help and a great location and base from which to explore the Gold Coast. Close enough to the centre of Surfers Paradise (5 mins walk) but also far enough way for a bit of piece and quiet. Will definitely be back.

The Genesis Apartments were modern and stylish. They are located so close to the beach and nightlife with only a 2 - 5 min walk to each. The rooms are spacious with massive balconies. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect for family or large group of friends.

Our stay at Genesis Holiday Apartments was wonderful. Location absolutely perfect, close to EVERYTHING! Didn't need a rental car at all, good sized living areas, good sized bedrooms, ensuite, 2 swimming pools. We had the best xmas day ever. Very stressless. Definitely would come again.

Great location, excellent view, clean, spacious and well appointed. Excellent facilities but too busy to use them much!

The rooms were very spicious, very clean and neat. The staff were friendly. It was a short walk from the centre of the gold coast but far enough for it to be reasonable quiet at night. Close to the beach. Family friendly. Would stay there again.

The location was great, nice and quiet. The rooms were very good and the views were fantastic. The kids loved the pool, the spa and playing tennis. Very family friendly. Nice and secure. Would recommend Genisis Apartments to everybody.

We all enjoyed the hotel amenities, and especially the location.We could walk to restaurants.
