Love the locality. The staff are fantastic (always). Have stayed there on my last three trips -will continue to stay there.

The service we received was fantastic from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Brooke for her work in getting our family a great room as well as the family we were traveling with. Her work made the stay a great holiday.

The room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The room even smelt clean and fresh and had additional selection of pillows - medium and soft, soft towels in the bathroom also.

The service started at the front reception desk. Nothing was too much trouble whether the query was a minor or major one. The apartment was delightful. We could see a minor amount of beach which was lovely. Apartment had every amenity we could ask for. We are certainly intending to holiday there again. Well done!!!!!

We stay at the Oak Calypso Plaza because it has nice apartments close to shops and beaches. The kids love the pool, we have been here twice before and keep on coming back, started with us and another family and each time we come back we bring more people with us. In 2011 there where 5 families (15 of us) so we have recommended to others. Like the 2 bedroom apartment where kids have there own room tv balcony etc makes kids feel all grown up. Alway have a great time at Oaks.

Its location was perfect. We have a young family and we could walk everywhere. The pool was the most enjoyable part of our stay. Our little boy could run around, splash and play and we didn't feel worried about bigger kids knocking him over because the two areas of the pool were clearly designed to keep the bigger kids a safe distance from younger swimmers. The room was more than what we had expected. The two living areas, the lounge and the bedroom we were sized and everyone had their own space and you didn't feel like you were sitting on top of each other.

It didn't feel like a Hotel, it had a homely feel about it, with a kitchen that had all the necessary tools in it. The bedroom was huge and it opened out onto the balcony, so you could sit out there and admire the views or watch the children in the water play ground or the swimming pool. Would defiantly stay again.

The rooms are excellent, the views are awesome, the whole feel of the place with the pool is just great. It rained for whole four days we were there but we still enjoyed our stay regardless.

Oaks Coolangatta was a great place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed - it was clean, well appointed and had comfy beds plus 3 TV's! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and great for the kids. I would definitely recommend Oaks Calypso to anyone.
