The hotel was very close to both trams and trains and and very clean and all staff we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. The staff were happy to put our bags away til we came back for them later in the day.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were able to book in earlier. All the staff at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and beds very comfortable, the hotel was very central to everything. If i was to visit Melbourne again i would not hesitate to stay here again and for the price its a steel (more shopping money).

Great helpful service! We were able to access our room earlier which was great, we got to freshen up after being on a train for a couple of hours, nothing was too much trouble. Staff minded our luggage after checking out as our train left late in the afternoon which was much appreciated.

Came to Melbourne on our Bi - Annual pilgrimage to play golf and go to the races.We have stayed at many different hotels in the CBD in the past few years and Quality on Batmans Hill was most certainly the best I have stayed at. We will definitely be back. Price, Service, Location, Room, Food & Beverage were all outstanding.

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for the purpose of my visit - close to shopping precincts and public transport. I felt that the hotel provided good security for guests.

The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the flooring, no carpet clean surfaces. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. We were fortunate to get what we asked for, 3 beds and a step down room for my husband and I.

The location is brilliant and the hotel is first class,with fairly cheap prices for the style of rooms

The best it about the stay was the helpful staff and the great location.
