The location was great, as was the swimming pool. Apartments were roomy with great inclusions. Price was reasonable. Wonderful holiday.

We loved our stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the more private feeling from not being in the high rise hustle and bustle, perfect for our family. It is in a great location and convenient to the main area of Surfers Paradise.

The units at Villas de la Mer are spacious and well appointed. The complex was clean and tidy. Very close to the beach and within a five minute walk to Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Our 7 families had a wonderful stay. Thanks to management for presenting a neat and tidy unit complex.

The apartment was actually as it was represented on the 'virtual view' on the website. Often you get a view only to find out it is the the best room/apartment available and not the one you are booking. Facilities were very good: grounds, pool and spa were beautifully maintained. The centrality of location to shops, beach etc was excellent. Manager was friendly and helpful.

The Villas are very spacious!! Perfect location, tranquil surroundings. The pool is slightly heated to take the chill off, very modern and clean BBQ facility in the pool area. Security is A+, key tag locks the front gate and hallway doors after 8pm. Very relaxing home away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was jam packed with everything you could want or need, truly a home away from home. The parking was great and everything was very secure inside and out. Just a short walk from town and you were in the middle of great dining and entertainment, not to far from the beach either so basically you could walk to where you want without the hassle of traffic and parking.

The apartment was clean, modern, easy walking to the beach and to the heart of surfers paradise. there was ample secure car parking with easy access to your apartment. the hotel is very secure and has an almost homely atmosphere.

We loved our apartment. It was perfect for a family of six. The beach was only across the road and Cavil Avenue only a five minute walk. My children loved the pool.

The pool, spa are great for the kids and it was close to the beach and the heart of Surfers Paradise. Excellent balcony view.

The unit and grounds were spacious and clean. The caretakers were very accommodating and helpful - thank you again. The pool was very clean and refreshing to swim in each day. The location was close to Cavil Ave, not to mention within one minutes (if that) walk from the beach. If ever I am up that way again, that's where our family will be staying at. The complex is very well maintained and has the right mix of persons. Car park was handy. Nice fittings and furnishings within the room.
