Proximity to surf, river, shops, markets on the weekend and one of the best coffee shops on site 'Envy' with smiles and good service plus yummy food and coffee!

The apartment was in a lovely location of Cotton Tree. Room was pleasantly decorated with good facilities and service.

We had a great stay at Argyle on the Park. Pleasant, clean & peaceful, close to everything you could need. The managers were cheerful, friendly & helpful. Secure car parking was a plus. We would be more than happy to stay there again if we were in the area.

Our first 2 nights were spent in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 1 which opened straight onto the pool. Very nice and comfortable. We were then transferred to our apartment on Level 5 which was beautiful. The views were amazing and my parents were absolutely delighted with this apartment. Trevor & Joan were excellent hosts and very friendly and went out of their way to help if we needed it.

We found the whole stay excellent, very comfortable accommodation, all the amenities we needed, close to river, good restaurants and very friendly and helpful managers.

We loved the view and the location was great with so many places you could walk to. EG. the beach, RSL, Surf Club,shopping mall etc. Bus service was fantastic with stops close by allowing you to head Noosa and surrounding areas or down the coast to Coloundra stopping at many other great locations. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The managers of the appartments Trevor and Joan were very friendly and most helpfull.

We loved the view of Maroochydore River and beach from our unit and easy walking to the CBD, clubs and Esplanade eateries. The bathroom was huge and the lounge/dining room was spacious and comfortable. The cheerful manager gave us plenty of information.
