Staff at reception were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and a hello. Very accommodating to our family when we arrived early from Sydney.

Everything is provided in the room.The best part is on site amenities pool,spa, sauna absolutely fantastic!

It was a well presented apartment which felt like our home away from home. We would definitely consider staying at the Biarritz Apartments again. It had everything we needed, huge, casual living area, big balcony with a view of the beach. The pools, spa, sauna and games room were great. Biarritz is in a great location, close enough to walk to Broadbeach mall but away from any hustle and bustle. Very enjoyable.

Apartments are nice, clean and very welcoming. Security on duty at night was great. Very comfortable beds overall excellent spot going back next year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got everything we asked for and the view was spectacular. The hotel amenities were excellent and the grounds were clean and well kept. The apartment was very spacious. The whole complex was well placed and we could walk to restaurants and the bus was at the door and was at 15min intervals. The beach was a 2min walk.

Our apartment offered great views of the beach and surrounds. The location was great - very close to the beach. The service was excellent and the rates were very reasonable. The apartment was well laid out and offered enough space for 6 people to live comfortably.

Very clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Fitted with a fold-up bed for a fifth person, very comfortably (in a 2 b/room apt). We loved the choice of outdoor/indoor pools as it was a little cool to be taking a dip outside. The indoor pool was lovely and warm for swimming and the spa just heavenly. BBQ area was clean and had a nice area for get-togethers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one block to the beach and two blocks to the local BWS shop & groceries and handy to both Surfers Paradise shops or Oasis Shopping centre in Broadbeach.

The room was spacious, you could hear and see the ocean from your room. Modern kitchen facilities and safe locked garage for cars.

The apartment was spacious, and well thought out. With four children - there was plenty of room to move around. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back. The location was also ideal. A short walk to Broadbeach and a 5 minute bus ride to Cavill Ave. Also - one block from the beach!
