The rooms were clean, well appointed and roomy. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The location right in the centre of Melbourne's CBD is extremely convenient and the price was excellent.

We love the fact that it is in the heart of the city. Friendly helpful staff, great room service, loved the restaurant downstairs and a comfortable room.
