The friendly helpful and happy service received by staff at the hotel made our time very pleasing. On check in it was inquired as to why we were holidaying and we were wished a happy anniversary on our response. The staff were happy to give us directions and helpful hints in ways to travel the city and things to see and do. Our bags were stored for us on departure allowing us more time to see the sights of the city and we were able to check in early on arrival without any fuss. The views from our room were amazing and added to the luxury of the room. Overall just a wonderful place to be.
