I found the hotel was a great place to stay, the room was very neat and a great size for our holiday. The facilities at the resort were excellent, the pool was a great size with lots of room to relax. The spa was fun and the sauna and steam rooms were also a luxury. The location was excellent, with only a minutes walk to practically everything needed for the holiday. Overall, a great experience.

The location was great, the apartments are so close to everything! The facilities were also great eg, the pool, spa, sauna etc. Our apartment was clean and tidy.

The chateau was great and child friendly. The staff were helpful and the ocean view was awesome. Couldn't hear the noise from outside. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The view from the room were fantastic and having the accommodation right in the heart of Surfers was fantastic. Everything was on our doorstep. The room was clean, comfortable and have everything we needed. The pool was heaven.

Chateau Beachside was absolutely perfect! Amazing view of the beach and fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of info available of what to do and where to go. Have planned a trip to QLD next year and am now changing my hotel to go back to Chateau!!

Our hotel room was most comfortable, the bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, everything you could have wished for was provided (apart from scissors).we were in room 1206 and had a great view of the beach. Our shower head broke off, but it was repaired very promptly, everything was very clean, and all of the staff were extremely nice.

The room was the one shown in the picture... and it was really welcomy, really good hotel.

The location really suited us; amazing beach front views and short stroll to beach and Cavill Mall. The reception was very inviting and the secure parking was a plus. Our rooom facilities were convenient and the layout was definately comfortable. The cost was resonable for beach front accomodation and we made great use of the spa and pool...lots of fun!

the ocean view from level 11 was brilliant. it made the stay feel so much more like a holiday. being accross the road from the beach was very convenient. The facilities were also great eg spa and pool area.
