Getting There
Clarkes Beach House is about 40 minutes drive north of Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport, 50 minutes drive south of Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport, or 2 hours drive south of Brisbane Airport.
International flights connect to Brisbane Airport, while domestic airlines operate regular flights between the Gold Coast and Adelaide, Cairns, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney and Townsville. Regional Express operates flights between Ballina and Sydney.
A variety of airport transfers connect Byron Bay with both Ballina and Gold Coast Airports, as well as Brisbane Airport. Most transfer buses stop at the bus depot in Byron Bay’s town centre.
