Crown Towers Resort Guest Reviews

The complex was chosen on the basis of the external features, such as the lagoon style pool. With the unusual rain during our stay, we spent the majority of our time in the apartment, which more than accommodated us in keeping 3 teenagers entertained. The indoor pool and spa was large and allowed for all hotel guests to use comfortably, and the apartment features complete with foxtel, plasma TV's, washing machine and the clothes dryer saved the holiday. Close proximity to the shops and the bus stop outside the complex was wonderful.

There was plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment for 8 of us comfortably. Whilst the pool area was very family, this was not a problem for us as we hit the beach, which is only a block away and once on our balcony, we were in our own world. Stingrays is a great bar just across the road.

I liked the position of Crown Towers. Its not in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The lagoon pool was amazing and made you feel like you were at the beach. The indoor pool also was very nice to going swimming late at night because it was heated. The gym facilities were also very good. An enjoyable stay had by all.

Great for family as plenty to do for the kids. All pools are kid friendly with pleasant surroundings, great service, close to all main areas of Surfers Paradise. If you don't feel like going out to eat there are restaurants & breakfast areas within the resort so you don't need to rush out for a bite. Will stay here again for sure, kids loved it.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Crown Towers. What we love about it the most is that the apartments are spacious - we had 2 large bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, lounge, laundry & balcony. We were on the 29th floor, requested a sea view, and got one! It was clean and everything we needed in the kitchen was there! The place is 1 block from the beach, and close to supermarkets and coffee!!!! LOVED IT! Ideal with a 20mth old!!! He loved the 2 swimming pools!!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pools are fantastic and suit all ages, you can just about see everything from anywhere at the pool area. We absolutely love the Thai restaurant, its excellent and convenient. The location of the resort is just right for walking into the town center and beach. We have stayed there 3 times now and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This was our second time at the Crown Towers Resort and we love the location. The service on arrival is stress free. All the facilities located at the resort are outstanding. We have stayed there as a couple and also with the kids, both times were just a wonderful holiday. I thank you for lovely places to stay.

The hotel is in a great position. Close to the beach, Cavill Ave, supermarkets and the express bus to theme parks is over the road. The cafe downstairs is very handy for a coffee, breakfast or snacks and the Thai restaurant is also a great idea if you get home tired from the day and cant be bothered walking into Cavill ave for dinner. The food is great also. Kids loved the pool.

Central to main Surfers CBD & other tourist attractions. Awesome Thai Restaurant & great facilities. Very family oriented catering for young Children & Adults alike.

Could not have been better, very impressed. We will definitely recommend to others. Kids had a ball swimming in the pools and playing in the games room, not to mention so close to the beach and Cavil Ave.
