Rooms are well presented and very well appointed. Resort had a family friendly atmosphere, and is centrally located at Mermaid Beach. Buses are at your front door, and shops within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our unit was very quiet, private and uninterrupted. It was definitely a feel of home away from home. The pool was great and a welcome relief every day for the kids. The BBQ next to pool was a great idea too. We were only a short walk away from the beach. The office ladies were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Diamond Sands as a great place to stay with a family.

Great apartment and location. The pool was great for all ages, we used the BBQ area a lot. The grounds are really well maintained, tropical surround that we loved. Diamond Sands is a very modern and clean resort. We will be back again and will recommend it to friends.

The layout of the facility is fantastic. We loved having direct poolside access from our ground floor unit but still had reasonable privacy. Our kids thought it was great they had their very own bathroom! Security is good and pool was fantastic - we swam every day! Couldn't get the kids out of the pool sometimes. The office staff were very helpful & always polite We had a maintenance issue in our unit which was fixed the same day. Best Holiday Ever as voted by the family.

It was great accommodation, very convenient to stay in. The bedrooms and the bathrooms an kitchen were very good. The couches were very comfortable, and the pool was very refreshing.

On our recent trip to the Gold Coast, we stayed at Diamond Sands Resort. The accommodation was a home away from home, except this one has a pool just out the back door. The pool is great for both adults and kids. The kids had a ball and we will definately be going back their again. Highly recommend.

The three bedroom apartment we stayed in was excellent, clean and roomy and had lovely views. The pool area was fantastic and it's nice to be able to park our vehicle securely. The public areas were beautifully kept and maintained which made it a pleasure to be around. I would recommend Diamond Sands as a great place to stay.

The whole place was great :) The room was great the pool was terrific.

The pool was what we liked most about the resort and its central location to our apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay at Diamond Sands! Rooms just a bit dusty around the edges of carpet but we can live with that.
