Fairseas Apartments Guest Reviews

We recently enjoyed a week at Fairseas, having only booked a 1 Bedroom Apartment were thrilled to call our 2 Bedroom Apartment home for a week. The Apartment was very clean well equipped and we weren't wanting for anything. David and Beverley were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We found that we could walk everywhere we needed to go, the car didn't leave the garage! We will definately return.

We loved the Fairseas Apartments, we were warmly welcomed by Dave and Beverley who were always so nice and obliging to the guests, this really makes a difference... A smile brings another etc... We loved the area, all the convenient stores a few minutes away on foot and the beach was not over crowded although it was December. Lots to do around and by car anywhere in Caloundra is within minutes. We have come a long way from South Africa and will definitely return to enjoy another week at Golden Beach.

We had a very nice 3 bedroom apartment, spacious and light. The large balcony is overlooking a park and the beach, and it provides a wonderful view. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen had lots of crockery, dishes and implements, unusual for such type of accommodation. Very highly recommended.

We found Fairseas Apartments neat, clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed to live and cook. The best thing about Fairseas is the friendly staff. Another thing was they are so close to everything beach shops etc.

There was a touch of class about staying at Fairseas. I think this comes about from the attitude of the management towards service to customers and giving those unlisted extras. For instance unless you stayed there you would not know about the free use of fishing rods, surf boards and bikes. Perhaps the best example was the BBQ offer. They supply & set up with tablecloth, crockery cutlery and glasses, and also do your clean up! Bring your food, drink and quests, and all else is done for you.

Our hosts really went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They were always around to help and offer helpful suggestions about the locality

The room was excellent and the hosts Bev and Dave couldn't do enough for us. They even invited us for drinks on the day before we left. Good Show. No Complaints!

The room type was actually a 2 bedroom apartment and it could not be faulted. From the warmest of welcomes from the managers to the walk through robes and ensuite in the master bedroom, everything was as close as possible to being perfect. I never give 10/10 for any rating as this would mean every thing is 100% perfect and this would take away the ability for improvement.

As an elderly (somewhat old-fashioned) couple we found the apartment to be well designed, most comfortable, admirably equipped and a pleasure to occupy. Reception was very welcoming and much appreciated. Our hosts were most accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. David and Bev are great hosts and are very helpful if you encounter any problems. Their local knowledge is excellent. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and we would certainly go there again in the future.
