What I liked most about my stay at Focus Apartments was that it is very close to the centre. Handy to shops and buses, lovely view, secured parking, excellent BBQ area and the swimming pool is clean. The apartment it self is very tidy. The rooms are very spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Generally speaking "Excellent"

Focus Apartments are centrally situated in Surfers Paradise. Made it easy to shop and great access to the Beach. The Hotel was great,the facilities excellent and very well maintained. The kids loved the access to the "sling shot" cost me a fortune, they wouldn't get off. Had a Great time. Thanks.

Access to the beach was so good and being a comfortable walk away from the nightspots was a boon, not a hindrance. Staff were always friendly and welcoming but never intrusive.

So close to beach and short stroll to shops and restaurants.

This my second time staying at Focus. Liked it the first time so I repeated it and I would recomend to everyone...peace of mind and excellent service and friendly staff...privacy... everything else you could ask for to get a peace of mind.

I firstly like to say we had the best holiday ever! Both my girls and boyfriend had finally had a holiday in your apartments which was in the waiting of 6 years. We all found it inviting as it was so clean and all the facilities around us had the perfect atmosphere so relaxing and calm. We were given a mid range unit with ocean views as requested. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and best of all your apartment wasn't too close to the hussel and bussel of the shops ....Thank you for a wonderful well deserved holiday we will definitely be back.

We had the most spectacular views overlooking the ocean and the city.Every time we were back at the apartment we just had to take in the views. Also the apartment was so big, it was like living in a house. I must say the apartment was more than what I could have imagined it to be. It was really lovely.

Top location right across from the lifesaver station with a pedestrian crossing. Short walk to Cavil Ave. Beautiful views of coast, river and Surfers from all three balconies. Lots of room in apartment and extra bedroom was perfect for Mum. The room was quite modern and well presented. Staff fixed a problem shower head as soon as they were alerted to it. The pools, gym, spa, sauna, tennis courts and gardens were all well kept and presented. I wouldn't hesitate on staying there again.

Very helpful office staff, the location is excellent, just far enough away from all the crowds in central Surfers with all the facilities nearby.

Perfect ocean view from all 3 rooms, great beach across the road, close stroll to surface paradise main street, good facilities and easy secure parking.
