Fantastic. The apartment was beautiful with a view over the passenger terminal. My 82 year old mother was delighted to have her cup of tea on the deck each morning watching the boats go up and down the estuary. Our kids thought the beds were the most comfortable they had ever slept in. We will be staying with you again for certain.

The apartment was booked over the internet and when we arrived it was exactly as how represented. The ocean view out over the Coral Sea and Trinity Inlet and the Mountains was excellent. The balcony was a great size and not crowded in. The apartment was well appointed and very spacious. The Manager was very helpful. We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment at no charge. The apartment was well located in Cairns very close to shops (Woolworths for self catering, gift shops etc) and also the main marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Where do I start. The suite we were given was lovely. Very comfortable, very very clean. Views were so very relaxing. Amenities really good. The security within the building gave you real peace of mind. The manager was very friendly and ensured anything we required was met. My goodness even the beds were nice. Cannot say enough about the rooms we were given. If we had of known it was as nice as what it was I would have booked longer. Finances permitted we may end up back here (same rooms if possible) in Jan 2011. Thank you so much for a good few days.

Wonderful location and beautiful view!!! I was more than happy with our choice. Really really lovely people managing this lovely place. Traveling with our adult child and to impress him is not an easy thing to do. He loved the apartment! Good one!! Many thanks!!!

We live in a very tropical bush house in the rural area of Darwin and to open the door to our Jack & Newell Apartment was absolutely glorious. The granite benches, the modern fittings and sink the feeling of space through the dining and lounge area out to the amazing patio and the view beyond to the Trinity Inlet and mountains was just breathtaking. The knowledge that the building was so secure gave us an absolutely stress-free, luxurious 4 days of relaxation. Barb John was just marvellous and a pleasure every time we saw her.
