Room was very clean and it was close to all facilities. The service from staff was excellent, always happy and very helpful. I would the Kingsgate Hotel to anyone. I will be back next time im in Melbourne.

The room was well presented and clean. Location of the hotel was perfect for catching public transport. Bed was very comfy after a long weekend... Great to see room serviced with new towels etc every day of our stay - much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and accomodating of our requests.
