Two minute stroll to the heart of cavil. Lovely view from our apartment balcony. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was very happy with the service during this time. The reception staff were extremely helpful with directions. I highly recommend K Resort to anyone looking for great quality at a low price.

This was my second stay at the Resort. It suits a family as everything you require is at your fingertips. Great service friendly and helpful staff.

Pleasant casual atmosphere, lovely spot with great views. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Would definitely stay at K Resort again.

We like everything! We couldn't fault it. Well maintained and it caters for your every need, very well managed.

The location is great, close to Cavill Mall and Centro Shopping. Great for families with kids.

Close to town 2 to 3 mins walk and exceptionally quiet.

Short walk to the Surfers Paradise beach, close to bus stops and mall. Manager is quite accommodating, allowed early check in and using luggage room for late flight.

The pool was great for the kids and proximity to shops and restaurants also important.

Smaller cosy resort which is what we were after.Very good proximity to central surfers,easy walking distance,3 Blocks.The gardens and pool were very clean,rooms smaller than look on internet but still fine.Man manager very helpful and cheerful. Would stay again. Spa absolutely fabulous over looking river. Pricing good for when we went.
