Otherwise you can take a walk downstairs after exercising to sweat it all out in the sauna or lay back and relax in the indoor spa while those powerful jets go to work on all your weary muscles.
Locally, there are literally dozens of recreational choices all within short walking distance. You can enjoy one of the many restaurants, cafes or bars in the Oasis Plaza or take the monorail over to the Casino or pacific Fair Shopping Centre. There is of course always the beach right next door to La Grande!
