Pool areas were very nice, walkways around the property were extensive and with lovely surrounding gardens. Communal eating area was well set up and comfortable and really nice to be able to sit and eat there using the BBQ.

We found the lighting in the room very poor, apart from that it was comfortable and had everything we required.

A big thankyou to Wendy and her team for making our stay so pleasant. Our unit was beautiful and the service excellent.It was very quiet and just a short stroll from beautiful Palm Cove. We will be back.

We were looking for accommodation that we hoped would be quiet, relaxing and not too close to the beach - Mango Lagoon was a perfect choice. It is only a short walk to the beach, cafes and public transport, but far enough away to give us the peaceful stay we were looking for. Grant, Wendy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful and have plenty of information on tours, attractions and maps to choose from, they will even book these for you. We found our holiday was over too soon (as I suppose everyone does) but would definitely come back to this little piece of paradise.

We loved the tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful gardens, and the proximity to beach, cafes and shops all within 5 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful who offered us a wonderful upgrade which we took advantage of and I have to say that it just made our holiday so much more of an occasion. The apartment was really wonderful, spacious and lovely decor with all amenities. My daughter who hadn't had a holiday in 10 Years as she has 3 young boys, really had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful first holiday with our four month old baby and two and a half year old nephew. The hotel was very family-friendly with so many pools on offer. It was also great to not be right on the beach as it was quieter and more relaxed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and our apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Nice clean apartment, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff especially when TV went down for a number of days no problems getting a DVD. Have a party of 16 to be in Palm Cove for wedding next August hope for a good deal.

We really enjoyed the amount of space inside the suite, together with the great pools. We liked the fact the Resort wasn't on the beach but just a couple of minutes walk to beach, shops and great restaurants. The reception staff were brilliant in helping us organise tours and transport.

We were absolutely astounded at how beautiful and spacious the room was. The 10 days were magic and we wished we had stayed longer. It was so relaxing and the staff were extemely helpful.
