Was most impressed with our whole experience of our stay at the Marrakesh Apartments. It was great to enjoy the bar and restaurant with meals at affordable prices. Will certainly choose to to stay there again.

We found the Marrakesh lovely and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony on the room we had was a great size and it was really pleasant sitting there eating breakfast or in evening watching the moon come up. The apartments are really close to all the buses, you just need to master the bus services which is simple when you have the maps. We would certainly stay there again especially if we could have the same room or one in the same place on a higher floor.

We recently stayed at the Marrakesh Apartments. We found the staff to be very helpful, even when we wanted to hire their bikes late in the afternoon. The restaurant had a great menu and the food was nicely presented and delicious. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we could ask for. We have already recommended Marrakesh to friends!!

Nice helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms and decor kept up to scratch. Nice pool area, with indoor and outdoor pools and hot spa. Had nice new outdoor furniture, lovely gardens. The building was unusual in that it was not just a square block, but was built with character, which made it a little special. Restaurant and bar very relaxing and tastefully decorated, with a good menu reasonably priced. close to beach and can walk to central surfers'.

Our apartment had every amenity you could imagine- a well equipped kitchen and laundry. The rooms were lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a huge balcony (with another off the master bedroom)with a lovely sea view. The pool area was fantastic with warm pools, spas and plenty of loungers and tables. The restaurant meals were delicious. The children enjoyed the games room and I borrowed a book from the library. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Since we stayed for two weeks we needed a home away from home for our family of four and that is exactly what we got!

Marrakesh was centrally located within walking distance of the main facilities. The room was beautifully appointed and very relaxing with a balcony overlooking an established tropical garden.

It was my fourth visit to Marrakesh Apartments and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere,beautiful facilities, grounds, views from the apartments and the pleasant staff. The location of Marrakesh is most convenient and the Kesh Cafe has great meals at affordable prices. The barbecue areas are spotless as are the apartments and pools.

We had a very nice weekend, the room was nice & very clean. The pool area & gardens were absolutely lovely. It was very central to all amenities on the Coast & the public transport was fantastic. The Cafe staff were very friendly.

We had a most enjoyable time during our stay on the Gold Coast in April 2010. The Marrakesh is situated about a block off the Gold Coast Highway between Surfers and Broadbeach and only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The location was perfect as not much road traffic, lovely view from our one bedroom apartment. The room was clean and comfortable although one thing we must add the Queen bed probably needs a new mattress as it sunk on one side a little. The bus ran at least every 10-15 minutes outside the Marrakesh to Surfers or Broadbeach which was perfect, no need to wait long. Staff at the Marrakesh were very informative and friendly. We had breakfast at their Restaurant which was devine. All up yes we would stay at the Marrakesh again, even thinking we might bring our two teenagers back with us!

Loved the facilities and the grounds made you feel like you were somewhere exotic. Choose the Marrakesh from the look of the apartments overall they looked the most inviting of all the other hotels on the website i checked. Overall loved the stay and would stay again.
