I found the apartment to be one of the best that I have stayed in. It was tidy, spacious with clean lines and two balconies. The bed was firm but not hard with soft fluffy pillows and a delight to sleep on. The shower, OMG! Talk about getting a massage using water!! The view of the city was gorgeous with the central location made getting around the city easy and affordable. The staff were helpful, polite and always a smile on their faces. Overall I loved staying at the Oaks Festival and was pleased to see that they kept the history of the Festival Hall on the foyer wall.

We enjoyed our stay immensely as the accommodation was very roomy. Everything was lovely and clean and we felt very secure.

Waking up in the morning and having breakfast on our glass enclosed balcony looking out over the beautiful city and the gardens. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, it felt like an enhanced, expanded home!
