We had a great time at Cairns and at the Palm Royale. The room was clean and comfortable. The king bed was two twins pushed together, but otherwise the bed was comfortable enough. The pool was great. A warm salt water pool great for a relaxing soak or swim, and there is also a large lap pool. It is away from the main part of Cairns, but, they have a bus system that is reasonable and easy to use. Overall for the money, it was a great find. Would definately stay there again.

Gorgeous tropical pool setting with gated rooms looking straight out onto this beautiful area. Large clean rooms and service with a smile. Easy to find and with plenty of shopping in the area. A little out of town but they do provide a shuttle service if you don't have a car. (Public transport on the doorstep also convenient)

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly every time we entered the reception area to use the lift they would always greet us even if they had customers they took the time to say Hi! Also a big shout out to the cleaners they were very lovely so Thank-you!

The staff service was just fantastic, friendly and very helpful when needed. The hidden inside resort area, eg: pool's and surrounding area made you think that you were in paradise. Would return again & again.

Helpfulness of the managers on duty with any queries from room to sightseeing trips. Even though it is about 6 kms out of the city centre, it is easy to get to whether using the shuttle or the local bus. The room was large and comfortable with each room having a pool outlook.

Hotel staff were friendly, happy and willing to help. The town shuttle service was fantastic

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Gardens and pools are well maintained.

The rooms were clean, the bed was great and the balcony had a great outlook.

We enjoyed our stay, service, rooms, price, food was nice no complaints, the only thing we found annoying is the off street parking, there were no available parks off street and had to park a fair distance away when lugging bags its not a nice feeling. but other wise it was a nice place we will stay again.
