The resort is well positioned as it is within walking distance of the centre of Surfers Paradise but is secluded enough that you feel removed from the hustle/bustle of Surfers. Staying in an apartment you do't have a great deal of interaction with staff but what contact I did have I found them very helpful and thoughtful.

Customer service, cleanliness of the room & facilities and how central the hotel is to everything.

It was a nice place. Very nice, personal, and we enjoyed it very much. We are coming back for sure. The place are very close to everywhere, shops, beach, shopping centre. We recommend it to everyone.

Paradise Island Resort is one of the best places my family has stayed in years. The service from the staff was a very high standard while still making your stay feel casual and relaxed. As for the amenities, I don't believe you need much more honestly. Cavell Ave is round the corner, the beach another 90seconds, so anything else you needed is right there and you don't need a car. This is our second time staying but we will be back next year.

Everything. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull. The room was excellent and the facilities were fantastic.

Loved the tranquility considering you are so close to the heart of Surfers. The bird life and water surrounding the resort are beautiful. The staff were very friendly too, which made for an enjoyable stay.

fully self contained room, with stove top, nifes +forks + plates ect, washing machine, dryer ect.

The thing we enjoyed most about our stay was it was a nice quiet place even though you are only meters from the busy main street of Surfers Paradise, the staff were extremly nice and we felt very welcome.
