Getting There
Peninsula Airlie Beach is about 30 minutes drive from Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport, or 45 minutes by ferry from Hamilton Island Airport. Virgin Blue and Jetstar fly directly to Proserpine from Brisbane. Virgin Blue, Jetstar and Qantas Link fly direct daily to Hamilton Island from Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne and Sydney.
Local taxi, bus and limousine companies offer direct transfers from Whitsunday Coast Airport to Peninsula Airlie Beach. Local ferry companies travel regularly from Hamilton Island Airport to either Shute Harbour or Abel Point Marina. From there, Peninsula Airlie Beach is just a short taxi ride.
