Central, comfortable and compact. Excellent breakfast and dinner options then step outside to catch any number of trams to take you all over the city. Staff were helpful and pleasant and I will be recommending this hotel to others and returning there next time we're in Melbourne.

The hotel is modern and clean. It is in a great location, very close to trams as well as train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the baggage holding service was very well organised.

The staff were very clear, responsive and pleasant. I felt as though it was a home away from home.

We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. The location is great close to the southern cross station and trams.The staff were wonderful and very helpful.
