The place was central to all shops, restaurants, casino, monorail public transport. Made it so easy for my husband and son to walk downstairs onto this array of variety!

Good central location - rooms very spacious and clean. Home away from home. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Excellent value for money.

The apartments were very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect especially since we were there for a festival which was right at our doorstep!

We were pleasantly supervised as we walked into the room to have such a great view.The rooms were spacious and very clean, everything that we needed was there. The resort is right in the heart of Broadbeach with great facilities and more than one swimming pool including a heated pool and spa plus some good barbecue areas.

Great place to stay, the apartments were close to shops, restaurants, beach and public transport. Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and very nice views. We would recommend Phoenician to our family and friends and we will be back to stay, we had a lovely stay.

Our stay at the Phoenician was fantastic. The central position of the resort was perfect for our family. It was great to have the beach within a five minute walk as well as having restaurants and cafes on the same strip as our hotel. The apartment was perfect for our family, plenty of room and all the mod cons we needed to be comfortable. The pool was always clean and very inviting, we all made good use of it, and even when the weather wasn't great we had the indoor pool. Particularly good was the security undercover parking - very convenient.

Lovely spacious apartment, very well appointed and really enjoyed the wrap around verandah's and the view of the ocean as well. Very relaxing and with the restaurants down below and just watching people come and go. Real holiday atmosphere. Loved it.

The room was great, everything was clean and of good quality. The view for the price was also very impressive. All the hotels facilities were good, the pools and games room in particular. Also could not complain about the location as it is right in the heart of Broadbeach so it is a close walk to lots of restaurants and bars.

Rooms were modern, well equipped, clean & tidy.Location is fantastic with so much to see, do and eat !!!! Definately stay again.

The Phoenician Resort and the room we stayed in was fantastic. Clean, modern, fantastic view and all we needed to be self sufficient. Great pools, spa, sauna. Central to all Broadbeach had to offer and we made the most of it. All facilities around us. Would go back in an instant. Most relaxing holiday we've had in a long time.
