Getting There
Port Douglas Sands Resort is approximately 70 minutes drive north of Cairns International and Domestic Airport, via the scenic Captain Cook Highway.
Directions from Cairns Airport:
- Exiting from the Airport, turn right onto the Captain Cook Highway (northbound)
- Travel north for about 60km
- Turn right at Port Douglas Road, passing through 3 roundabouts
- Port Douglas Sands Resort is located on the corner of Port Douglas Road and Mahogany Street, about 300m after the third roundabout.
